Scan Coin CDS-820/830-Series TTW
(Through The Wall) variant can be used with any variation of the CDS-820/830 lobby coin counter with rear access option. This variant creates a vestibule machine well suited to less secure locations, especially when coupled with the upgraded 4 mil steel cabinet with upgraded door locks. Mounting holes in the base of the machine allow for concrete anchors without interfering with coin vaults and trolleys, making this a truly secure installation. This steel surround gives the CDS-820/830 a finished look with halogen lighting and well placed signage area. Additionally, the rear-access allows associates to completely service the machine without exposure in branches with security concerns.
Rear Access provides a rear-mounted printer for operator functions as well as an LCD display of vault or bag conditions making it possible to judge machine status without opening the machine. The machine will not allow functions operation while customers are involved in a normal transaction. Conversely, while in an "operator mode" such as coin removal or service, a programmable service message is displayed and customer operation of the machine is prevented until the associate completes operator functions and closes the machine, placing it back in service.
With rear access and through the wall, coupled with up to 4 languages for customer prompt and instruction and modular upgradeability, you are seeing the next generation of self-service coin machine.
