The Shinwoo SB-1000+ mixed money sorter is an intelligent and reliable currency discriminator using image processing technology, provides faster and more accurate deposit processing by eliminating the common interruptions of rejected bills.,
Pre-Sorting Is Not Required.
The SB-1000+ has four modes for uninterrupted counting and separation of mixed US dollar bills
- Mixed: Mixed mode identifies and counts mixed denomination notes at speeds of 750 bills per minute.
- Single: Single mode counts and separates one denomination of note from others and divert them to reject pocket.
- Face: Face mode will process all faced (front side) notes into the main pocket and unfaced (back side) to the reject pocket.
- Orientation: Orientation mode will process same direction of front side of a note to the main pocket and other direction of front side of a note to the reject pocket.
- Sort: Sort mode will allow the running of grouped mixed currency with the separation with the machine stopping between denominations to allow the breakout by denominations.
Counterfeit Detection
Suspicious notes are detected via dual magnetic- and ultraviolet counterfeit detection sensors, diverting suspected notes to the reject bin without interruption in counting.
Additional Features
- Serial: Serial mode (serial number capture) will read serial number of each USD bills and print them to Printer or transfer to a PC program. (Optional Feature)
- Print: Print mode will print a report of value and piece count of all denomination of notes with RS232 Serial Dot Matrix or Thermal Printer.
- Easy Upgrade: Connection with PC for new currency and improved software
